Dr. Adrienne Cadle, Vice President, Credentialing and Senior Psychometrician with Professional Testing Inc. has worked in licensure and certification testing for almost 20 years. She manages of team of psychometricians, test developers, and project assistants and oversees all psychometric and accreditation activities for a number of Professional Testing's Licensure and Certification clients. Areas of expertise for Dr. Cadle are in job/task or practice analyses, third-party accreditation, and innovative item development.
Dr. Cadle obtained her Doctoral degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, with an emphasis on Psychometrics and I/O Psychology, from the University of South Florida. While at the University of South Florida, Dr. Cadle taught several semesters of an undergraduate test and measurement course and co-taught two graduate-level statistics courses.
Dr. Cadle presents regularly at the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) annual conference, The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Exchange, and the Council on Licensure, Enforcement, and Regulation (CLEAR) Annual Educational Conference; and has previously presented at the National Council on Measurement in Education annual conference and the American Evaluation Association annual conference. She co-authored a chapter on Job Analysis in the Oxford Handbook of Assessment and Selection and has written several journal articles on various topics within psychometrics.
Outside of her work with Professional Testing, Dr. Cadle serves in several volunteer positions including serving as the Co-Chair of the Credentialing Council for International Society of Arboriculture, several leadership positions with CLEAR (ERAC Chair, Examination Program Chair, etc.), and now as an Associate Board member for CLEAR. Lastly, in 2013 Dr. Cadle became a Psychometric/Lead Assessor for the ANSI National Accreditation Board’s Personnel Certification Program based on the ISO/IEC 17024 Standard.
