John serves as General Counsel and Senior Director of Quality Management for the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. Prior to joining NCCCO, his private legal practice emphasized intellectual property, complex business, and commercial litigation matters. He is an experienced trial lawyer and has been listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers (“Top 100 Lawyers” in the Mountain States region) and recommended by Chambers USA for Commercial Litigation (Band 1). John earned his law degree from the University of Southern California, holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Utah, and is pursuing an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.
