Katherine is responsible for managing the accreditation process for the Personnel Certification Accreditation Program and the ANAB-CFP Accreditation Program, including client communications, maintenance of program policies, procedures, documents and records, coordinating assessors and committee members, and also supporting business development initiatives.
Prior to joining ANAB, Katherine worked for American Institutes for Research and Cambium Assessment as a Test Developer and later as a Program Manager, where she was responsible for item writing, content reviews, test forms construction, incorporating customer feedback, and facilitating item content review meetings.
Katherine has a master’s degree from Kansas State University.
